    i) James Western Reverend Strickland Charles Edward Neville Rolfe (heretofore Strickland Charles Edward Neville) ii) said Reverend Strickland Charles Edward Neville Rolfe iii) George Stone Henry Stone John Martin George Stone, junior James Martin iv) John Palmer v) Charles Short Benjamin Jefferies vi) Robert Faulconer, Goldington, esquire recites : SL1/286, 288 and 289, 299 : lease and release of 11 and 12 October 1826 a) v) b) Reverend John Short Henry Couchman a) needs £5500 to fulfil trusts of will which b) will lend them so a) have mortgaged certain property to b) : SL1/297 and 298, 299 : annuity of Eliza Palmer has been paid up to 6 July 1837 : all other legacies have been paid i) has agreed to sell to vi) property (as below) for £8,300 is agreed that vi) shall make such other deed as is necessary to secure annuity etc. to Eliza Palmer 2 mortgages of £4000 which remain owing will be paid out of purchase money an objection to the title has been raised by vi) as to power of trustees of Rolfe marriage settlement, to sell property, so trustees have agreed to join in this conveyance i) executors of will of Catherine Frances Rolfe now i) conveys to vi) - capital messuage etc. as in SL1/297 and 298 - cottage and orchard - property of which iv) is seised or entitled, except those purchased by him after his father’s death covenants for production of title deeds etc. signatures i) – v) endorsed receipt witnesses Robert Bacon, clerk, Fring, Norfolk Ebenezer Cooper, clerk to Mr.Goodwin, solicitor, King’s Lynn, Norfolk Theed Pearse, junior, solicitor, Bedford Theed W.
