Reciting covenant to levy a fine, 5 July 1791: (i) William Putterill and wife (ii) Richard Sopps of Kimbolton, tailor (iii) Thomas Shelton of Kimbolton, innholder; and mortgage of £40 and £20, now paid, on property in Lower Dean. Assigns property to husband for life, remainder to son John, subject to payment of £60 to son William Maddison and £30 to daughter Ann Spicer and £10 to grandsons William and Robert and grand-daughter Mary Wadsworth.
