To son John, messuage in Lower Dean and lands there held in right of first wife Ann, now mortgaged for £200; to be paid by executors on condition that John releases claim for wages to which he is, or is not, entitled 'as he hath always been at liberty to go to service but would not and hath returned home three times from places where he hath been upon liking for an apprentice.' To wife Beatrice, property in the occupation of Robert White and other lands in Upper Dean for life, remainder to son Richard. To same, 3 messuages in Lower Dean, one in own occupation as a brewhouse, other two in the occupation of Richard Sharman and John Sedgell, remainder to son Thomas.
