Details of bequests of property: -- revokes assignment, 10 March 1774, of property in Sharnbrook and Odell to son Nathaniel; all property to Thomas Hunt and Joseph Paice, except that at Sharnbrook and Odell; -- latter to be conveyed to William Gibbard; rest to be held in trust for children Nathaniel, Ann, Jane, Thomas, Joseph, and Langham Mason, remainder to cousin John Steward; -- property at Sharnbrook and Odell to be conveyed to William Gibbard for £1000, with which other lands in Irchester purchased of John Sharpe; -- property in West Indies to executors in trust to sell; -- annuity of £50 payable out of property in Grenada, to children Nathaniel and Ann; -- residue of personal estate to same.
