i) is indebted to iii) and is unable to pay in full ii) has agred to provide a sum of money to pay a composition to iii), which they have agreed to accept to facilitate such arrangement and for the benefit of the other creditors, the firm of Clagett, Brachi and Co., who are creditors for £2406 16s 1d, having security for their said debt to extent of £1000 have agreed to accept a composition of 3s in £ upon £1406 16s 1d, the balance of the sum due to them, to be paid within 3 months 5s in £ to be paid to other creditors £428 12s 2d is the aggregate sum payable to iii) and is held by ii) as trustee now i) covenants to pay Clagett, Brachi and Co said composition of 3s in the £ within 3 months and to pay other creditors 5s in the £ within ten days if deed is not executed by majority of iii) or money not paid within time stated, then i) shall be adjudged bankrupt, in which case the creditors shall be at liberty to sue for full amount of their debt and liability of ii) to provide for the composition shall be at an end Signatures of i) and ii) With schedule giving name of creditor, amount of debt, their seals, signatures and witnesses With notes that this was deed A referred by John Perring Field in an affidavit, sworn 28 November 1864 and that it was produced before the Clerk to the Chief Registrar to the Court of Bankruptcy, 29 November 1864 28, 29 November 1864
