With the draft of letter to Mr Octavius Adolphus Field by which they (Clagett, Bracchi and Co) agree not to accept £211 (being 3s in the £ on £1406.16s 1d) until he is in possession of legacy under mother's will – late Mrs Comfort of Brighton, in spite of agreement in deed in course of preparation which says that the money is to be paid within 3 months
