Also mentions the Manchester Union for Suppression of Intemperance is appealing for donations; his attendance at the Meeting at Birmingham; avoiding the opening of Meetings at Kempston and Goldington; and declining an invitation by W.W.K. [W.W. Kilpin?] to dine with Dr. Brock and others.
