2 years ago he saw Bolton sell wheat & barley several market days at Bedford, & he was the sack-carrier empowered by Bolton to carry it to the buyer's inns. He believes it belonged to Wagstaff (seized from Bodington). He knows John Willimott, & does not believe he could carry on this cause at his own expense; but believes Dr. Joseph Godfrey is paying for it, but doesn't know whether this is from malice.
