Conveyance (release of lease and release) by (1) to (2) in consideration of £3000 of which £2500 has already been paid by Leigh and Parker to William and Thomas Gery to discharge debts and portions mentioned in schedule annexed to indenture 25 January last, made between William Gery, deceased, father of William Gery, said William Gery (of first part) and Thomas Gery of the other part, the debts already paid being: [List of debts paid]. The manor and scite of late dissolved priory of Bushmead in parish of Eaton, Bedfordshire, with all buildings and lands in Eaton, Roxton, Colmworth, Barford, Keysoe and Bolnhurst and in Great Staughton in Huntingdonshire, excepting always the lease for 300 years granted dated 20 June 1585 by William Gery senior of Over, Cambridgeshire, which estate is by an assignment of 11 day of July 1659 come to Robert Leigh and George Parker, and except estate which Anne Gery, mother of William, has for 99 years if she shall soe long live, by indenture dated 20 February 8 Charles I, being mortgage to secure repayment of £3000 and interest as laid out in indenture of defeazance to be dated 14 July 1659.

The £500 residue is to be paid on 24 November next.
