Reciting indenture of equal date by which William Gery of Bushmead, esquire, together with William Gery, gentleman, his son and heir apparent, have granted to Nicholas Hare the manor and scite of the late dissolved Priory of Bushmeade in Eaton, Bedfordshire, with appurtenances. Deed of recovation that if William Gery pay to Nicholas Hare one shilling then use in recited indenture shall cease.
