    Abstract of title of Aime Garnault, esquire. The Manor of the dissolved Priory of Cauldwell; and the capital messuage newly erected there; and 4 closes of meadow or pasture called Grove Close, lying near the messuage, containing 8 acres; Pond Yard alias Pound Yard, containing 5 acres; Water Close, containing 10 acres, and the Long Walk adjoining; and Bell Close, containing 5 acres; all in the parish of St Mary; and 4 cottages (now made into one) in Cauldwell Street [occupiers given]; the right of fishery in the River Ouze, belonging to the messuage and Manor; several islands and beds of osiers also belonging; 8 acres of pasture or arable, being the east part of Warren Close, adjoining near Cauldwell Wall; and the Rectory, glebe and rectorial tithes of Kempston [see also X 26 and 28]. Recites several deeds, 1706 - 1791.
