- Scope and ContentHas recently given to son-in-law Thomas Paget of East Cranmore, Somerset, on his marriage with daughter Mary property of equal value to that given by this will to other daughters. To daughters Susanna and Elizabeth £500 each Residue of personal estate to son John Patrick Moore Sister Ann Moore freehold messuages and lands in Somerset. Newly erected freehold messuage in Aspley Guise now in the occupation of Reverend Nicholson, also unfinished freehold messuage adjoining with gardens, orchards and parcel of land called Worcester Hill in Aspley Guise; also all those cottages and gardens nearly opposite the last mentioned messuage now in the occupation of sister Ann Moore and myself together with all personal property therein at time of death; also Well Close in Aspley Guise in the occupation of son John Patrick Moore and all freehold messuages and lands in Wavendon and Bow Brickhill, Buckinghamshire now in the occupation of William Boddily, to use of two said daughters. Close of ground with land and plantation opposite Pages on the right hand of the road from Aspley Guise to Woburn Sands purchased by testator of son John Patrick Moore, also 2 closes with plantation called Necks and a plantation and land adjoining to Necks called Round Hill Plantation and the plantation adjoining thereto, making about 18 acres in Aspley Guise now in the occupation of testator; also parcel of land called Fullers Earth Piece 5 acres in Aspley Guise in the occupation of son John Patrick Moore, to Thomas Paget, Edward Tanqueray and said Ann Moore in trust for two daughters . . Remainder of freehold estate to son-in-law Thomas Paget, Reverend Edward Tanqueray of Tingrith clerk and said sister Ann Moore in trust for son John Patrick Moore after whose death to George Griffith of the Secondary’s Office, Inner Temple, London gentleman and Charles Savage of Fetter Lane, London to use of grandson John Vaux Moore, first son of John Patrick Moore or in default of male issue to testator’s three daughters . . . or grand-daughters Frances Moore and Elizabeth Moore. Not more than ½ acre wood to be cut in any one year and that to be immediately replanted; not to thin woods so as to leave remaining trees more than 10 feet apart.
