The Manor of Bevins [and all the lands, etc in Segenhoe, Eversholt and Woburn, described exactly as in WG 362]; and a farm-house and dovehouse in Pertenhall, and Hill Close containing 4 acres adjoining, and Ley Close containing 6 acres; 97 acres in the open fields of Pertenhall [no details] belonging to the farm; late in the occupation of Henry Hobkins, now of John Stoaked; also a windmill standing in the fields of Pertenhall, and a cottage adjoining, in the occupation of John Measures; and a cottage and pightle in the occupation of George Walker, in Pertenhall.
