    (i) William Queneborough Wright of Turville Park, Buckinghamshire Mary Ann Wright of Aspley Guise, spinster Frederick Wright of Tokenhouse Yard in City of London, gentleman Reverend Samuel Wright of Aspley Guise, clerk Septimus Wright of Aspley Guise, gentleman (ii) Mary Wright of Aspley Guise, widow (iii) Reverend Thomas Alston Warren formerly of Kensworth, Hertfordshire, now of South Warnborough, Southants clerk. recites: V401 said William Wright died 5 December 1807 will proved 8 February 1808 Daniel Queneborough and John Parry are both since deceased testator left seven children (as (i) ) and Archer Wright deceased intestate over 21 and Elizabeth Sarah Wright (deceased an infant) William Queneborough Wright is heir at law of the last two mentioned; said Frederick Wright obtained administration for Archer Wright from Prerogative Court of Canterbury 31 July 1824. William Queneborough Wright, Mary Ann Wright, Frederick Wright, Reverend Samuel Wright and Septimus Wright and Mary Wright are the only persons entitled to share the estate of Archer Wright and Mary Wright is willing to forego her share. Mary Wright carried on the said school until 1821; sons decline to do so; it is now carried on by Reverend Richard Paine, clerk who became tenant to Mary Wright of the house etc. for that purpose. recites: Conveyance, Lease and Release. 29 and 30 June 1825. (i) Reverend Thomas Alston Warren (ii) Mary Wright (iii) William Queneborough Wright, Mary Ann Wright, Frederick Wright, Reverend Samuel Wright and Septimus Wright (iv) Reverend Richard Paine (v) Edmund Wodley Ashfield, gentleman William Queneborough Wright, Mary Ann Wright Frederick Wright, Reverend Samuel Wright and Septimus Wright at request of Mary Wright and Reverend Thomas Alston Warren contracted with Reverend Richard Paine for the sale of the premises for £3,500 -- the Boarding School House with Yard used as Playground for the scholars and garden behind the messuage in Aspley Guise then in the occupation of the said Richard Paine and all the outhouses etc. and close of meadow called Powage opposite the said messuage with the Shrubberies below the same called the Slopes. -- close of meadow leading to the church adjoining the aforesaid piece of land and contained together with the same 4 acres -- piece of garden ground and farm yard etc. then also in the occupation of Richard Paine -- piece of land formerly arable called Ploughed Powage many years since laid down to meadow 4 acres 3 roods 31 perches in Aspley Guise. -- 5 perches land formerly planted with elm trees on southeast of last mentioned piece of land, some time past laid to the same and occupied as part thereof -- messuage fronting the highway adjoining the schools and buildings and opposite the farmyard above described -- yard behind the same with barn, stable and outhouses in Aspley Guise formerly in tenure of Mary Houghton, then in the occupation of Mary Wright. all which premises were devised by will of William Wright together with the appurtenances particularly the Gallery erected by said William Wright in the parish church of Aspley Guise. £1,000 purchase money was paid down, the remainder of £2,500 was secured on mortgage. The £1,000 was invested in the names of Mary Wright and (iii) in trusts of the will to purchase 3½% bank annuity recites: Lease and Release 1 and 2 July 1825 (i) Reverend Richard Paine (ii) Edmund Wodley Ashfield the said premises were assured to the use of Mary Wright and (iii) for securing said £2,500 repayable half on 2 July 1831 and the residue in 1833. whereas: (i) want the premises to be converted into money after the termination of Mary Wright’s life interest therein and the money to be laid out in trusts now: (i)and (ii) convey to (iii) premises bequeathed by V401 on trusts. . . bank annuity and sum secured on mortgage to be held in trust and divided between (i). Witnesses: James Slade, John Street, Bedford Row. Mr.C. Jones of John Street, Bedford Row. G. Hooper, Dunstable, Joh Hewlatt, Aspley, J.H. Henderson. 22 October 1825. Endorsement: Release. (i) William Queneborough Wright now of Holywell House, Dropford, Southants. (ii) Frederick Wright now residing at St. Julien in the department of Côtes du Nord, France. (iii) Reverend Samuel Wright now of Drayton Parslow, Buckinghamshire (iv) Septimus Wright now of Hitchin, Hertfordshire (v) Thomas Alston Warren whereas: within mentioned Mary Wright deceased January 1841 leaving William Queneborough Wright, Frederick Wright, Reverend Samuel Wright, and Septimus Wright surviving her. now: William Queneborough Wright, Frederick Wright, Reverend Samuel Wright and Septimus Wright authorise Thomas Alston Warren to effect a sale of the property without their consent.
