recites; V376 and V377 Robert Shipton Orlebar has contracted with Sir Henry Hugh Hoare for absolute sale for £3,402 now: consideration £2,502 -- Burroughs Piece, parcel of arable 5 acres 6 perches -- 2 parcels of land lying together called Fulbrooke 9 acres 4 perches -- parcel of land called the Spring or Top Close lying next the Fir Plantation 4 acres 20 perches -- Stepington Hill with barns, stables and cowhouses thereon 10 acres -- Stepington Meadow 4 acres premises last described contain together 32 acres 30 perches in Aspley, in the occupation of James Hutton -- Furze Close, freehold section only [see V377] -- Inn in Aspley Guise known as the Weathercock and orchard etc. adjoining [formerly Thatch’d Inn; earlier names not mentioned here but V353 is recited] now in the occupation of James Hutton -- covenants to be admitted to copyhold premises at next court and to surrender them to Sir Henry Hugh Hoare for consideration of £900.
