    recites; V375 and it’s endorsements, by which Orlando Orlebar and William Augustus Orlebar were appointed trustees in place of William Lord deceased and George William Monk deceased and the trust estates were conveyed to them and William Browning. whereas: Robert Charles Orlebar died 1 November 1837, leaving Charlotte his widow and said Robert Shipton Orlebar his eldest son and first tenant in tail of the said settlement estates. said Charlotte died 17 December 1837. it was subsequently found that Swallow Furlong 15 acres 2 roods, Banlands 8 acres 2 roods and part of Furze Close (viz. 2 acres 1 rood 18 perches) were copyhold (3 acres 3 roods 3 perches of Furze Close only are freehold) held of the manor of Steppingly. At Court Baron of said manor 27 October 1819 said Charlotte Orlebar was admitted tenant of the said premises described as: parcel of land in east field of Wavendon 26 acres 1 rood 18 perches :part of north another allotment :rest of north, allotment to Robert Shuttleworth :east and south the Lordship of Aspley Guise :turnpike road and private road as the said plot was on the enclosure of Wavendon allotted to Daniel Shipton in lieu of his copyhold estate held of the same manor purchased of John Head. said Charlotte Orlebar left Robert Shipton Orlebar her customary heir according to the custom of the said manor and he is now entitled to be admitted tenant now: to bar entail and dower in the premises hereinbefore described Robert Shipton Orlebar releases to John Green -- all before recited premises except those mentioned to be copyhold covenant that Robert Shipton Orlebar will be admitted tenant to copyhold and will subsequently admit John Green.
