    -- farm and lands now in the possession of William Green in Clifton, containing ( by admeasurement and plan made by Jonathan Raine) 206 acres 2 roods 21 perches lying in the several common fields of Tillage and Lammas Grounds in Clifton, as well as that farm house with outbuildings and land adjoining as occupied by said William Green and certain enclosures of arable and meadow and certain tenements in Clifton likewise in the occupation of said William Green (timber reserved to William Horne and Reverend Arthur Bold ) for 12 years at £175 per annum.
