[not listed here but see V44-56; V144-150] Deeds as listed in V307 a section enclosed by lines “Of Fee Farm Rents at Flitwick and Maulden” with note: “These and some papers belonging to them were taken out of Mr. Horne’s Box the 7 March 1816 by me George Brooks.” [see LL1/135-142] Bargain and Sale. (i) Peter Potter and Edward Stadwick (ii) Thomas Thingsman [ ? error for K . . .] 3 July 1714 -- fee farm rent of £11.6s.5d. from lands in Flitwick and Maulden. Assignment of Term of 600 years. Probate of will of William Fisher. 23 August1745. Lease and Release from Jeffery Fisher to Francis Mason and Richard Fisher in trust on marriage of said Jeffery Fisher with Anne Warner, spinster daughter of Robert Warner. 5 and 6 July 1748.
