    John Barnes rented Hog Holm for last 14 years; 10 years previously lived with father at Radwell who rented the same of Catherine Rands deceased; his father turned Milton cows off and John Barnes and his brother William have done so on father’s order;Milton boys whipped for letting them on; he and his father lopped willows on Hog Holm. Thomas Millington and then John Parratt rented rushes of John Barnes’s father. John Barnes and his father enjoyed the fishery. Thomas Brabrook lived as servant with Oliver Rands 36 years ago from Candlemas to Michaelmas; Rands lopped willows in Hog Holm and used them for fencing stakes. James Bull 23 years ago cut rushes for Thomas Millington who rented them of Thomas Barnes; James Bullhas since rented them of John Barnes. at Town of Bedford
