A cottage wherein Thomas Rechelesse lives, formerly in the occupation of John Shard alias Chapman; and a close or pightle of pasture, upon which the cottage is built, known as Hodgekins alias Jewes Close pightle, containing 1/2 acre, in 'a certain hamlett called Topham', next the king's highway there east, and the close of William Deane and Thomas Deane west, butting south on the leys of the said Judd, and north on the said close of the Deanes.
