To Joan Mertyn, widow, 12d. To Robert, eldest son, all his free lands, messuages and tenements in the fields and parish of Eaton and Honydon and Hailweston, Huntingdonshire, and in default of heirs successively to younger sons George and Thomas. To son Robert, all his grain that lieth at Eaton and hay with all his moveables. To daughters Cecily and Alice, £5 each at marriage. To wife Margaret, the occupying of his farm 'for two cropps after my decesse towards the bryngyng upp of my chyldren'. To his wife, 'so muche firewood as she shal be occacioned to burne and spende on her harthe for twoe yeres next after my decease'. To his sons, George, Thomas, Edward, William, Walter and Simon, each £5 at age of 21. To daughter Beatrice, £20 at marriage. To daughter Elizabeth, £5 at marriage.
