to wife Jeane: -- new enclosed ground in Stocken : one side William Cossen : other side lane to Bedford paying £30 to John Hawes to take a mortgage that Christopher Pattison’s house is engaged for -- all timber growing on other side of said lane towards raising said £30 -- towards bringing up his children, his house, close and orchard until majority of son John; if he dies a minor, to go to daughter Elizabeth, in default to wife. £10 to daughter Elizabeth on majority residue to wife executrix. Witnesses: Thomas Berry, John Smith, Ealse [sic] Allen.
