Letter From Lord Hertford. “I think myself very unfortunate in not meeting with you during the week, which you lately passed in London. As soon as I saw in the paper – that you were arrived in town, I immediately called at your house – in Nile (?) Street and was assured at the door that the article was entirely groundless. I wish much to hear from your Grace, whether all the measures we took in the executorship business in your absence met with your approbation and whether anything further remained for us to do”.
