His Lordships letter of 4 November 1805 is an acceptance of the terms proposed by Sir William Kirke and the subsequent letters seem to relate only to a Conveyance. The purchase money was a debt due to Lord Macartney and does not fall within the description of the particular portion of the Personal Estates bequeathed by the Will and therefore forms a part of the residue etc. is to be applied accordingly
