    The money arising from the sale of the wines to be lent to Mrs. Hume she paying the interest to Lady Macartney for life and giving the trustees security to pay the Principal among her children upon the death of Lady Macartney equally - The wines to be sold by Deriew the Auctioneer – the mortgage upon Mr. Sterlings Estate for £1600 to be called in Sir William Kirk to send a copy of the Contract (if any) with Lord MacCartney for the purchase of the estate at Carrickfergus for £900 To send for the Contract (if any) for building weavers houses etc. at Dervock - To pay off Mr. Coutts’s Bond for £500 To deliver the Title Deeds of the Scotch Estate to Mrs. Hume taking her receipt for them. An Abstract to be made of the Title Deeds to the Estates in the County of Down etc. directly to be sold and the Agent in Ireland to Advertise the same for Sale - First having the same valued - The Title Deeds of the settled estates in Ireland to be scheduled and deposited at the Bankers in the name of the Trustees - The Gold Boxes Trinketts etc. to be valued and placed at the Bankers unless Mrs. Hume chooses to take them and give Lady MacCartney security for the interest for her life and at her death to pay the Principal among her children equally. The Irish Agents to be desired to collect all the arrears of rents and send their accounts to Mr. Trogatt.
