    i) Master, Fellows and Scholars of Trinity College, Cambridge (Lords of the Manor of the Rectory of Shillington) ii) Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries iii) Robert Long, Upper Stondon, gentleman (copyhold tenant of said Manor) reciting admission of Robert Long to property as in schedule (divided into two moieties) on 22 March 1881 NOW in consideration of £18.14s.2d paid by iii) into the Bank of England, to the account of ii) i) with consent of ii), enfranchise and release to iii) - property as in Schedule to hold as freehold discharged from all fines, heriots, reliefs, quit rents and all other incidents of copyhold, but so not as to affect such right of escheat for want of heirs as is reserved by Section 21 of Copyhold Act Schedule - piece arable in Shillington, in Town Field (2a 3r 12p) being an allotment to Richard Jepps under Inclosure Act seals of i) and ii) Signature of S Fitch, for ii)
