    reciting that James Long, deceased, uncle of i), held the property as in first part of first schedule and also copyhold property of the Manor of the Rectory of Shillington as in second part of first schedule. By his will dated 20 July 1850 (Proved PCC on 19 February 1850) he bequeathed all his freehold and copyhold property to Robert Long, father of ii), and to i), as tenants in common i) has agreed to sell to ii) moiety of property as in first part of first schedule and second schedule in Shillington and hamlet of Lower Stondon for £450 i) has also agreed to sell to ii) moiety of copyhold property in second part of first schedule, for £175 now in consideration of £460 i) grants to ii) - property as in 1st part of 1st schedule - property as in second schedule NOW in consideration of £175 paid to i) by ii) i) covenants with ii) to surrender into hands of Lord of the Manor of Shillington Rectory - property as in 2nd part of 1st Schedule to use of ii) according to custom of the Manor Had been agreed to sell said property at aggregate price of £625, and above division only made for stamp duty purposes.
