reciting that i) holds a cottage in Shillington according to the custom of the manor of Shillington under the Inclosure Act, i) has been awarded below mentioned piece of land in lieu of his common right belonging to the cottage.

Also ii) has contracted with Lord of the Manor for the enfranchisement of said piece of land
