reciting that i) held 2 x 1/2 acre of land in common fields of Shillington according to the custom of the Manors of the Rectory of Shillington and of Shillington and the enclosure Commisioners alloted the undermentioned land in exchange.
(i) has contracted with (ii) to sell the land to him for £19. 9s
Also (ii) has contracted with the Lord of the Manor of Shillington for enfranchisement of said copyhold allotment
NOW in consideration of £19. 9s paid to i) by ii)
(i) has released and enfeoffed to ii) - 2r 25p land at Clowd Hill in Town Field in Shillington
