    ... 19 lands and a gore with the sweard at the end of the lands containing by estimation 6 acres in Shillington Berry field in S. bounded by the land of John Walker on the west, land of John Flynt on east, Berry Field hedge on south, and the way from Shillington Berry to Meppershall on the north, together with hedges at both ends, liberty of ingress and egress on balk on the west part near the gravel pit, which Thomas Ashton lately purchased of (i) to drive cattle along by Aldwicks Marsh hedge and Berry Field hedge, and right of way through the yards belonging to Shillington Berry to hold of the lord in free socage by annual rent of 5/- parcel of the fee farm rent of £20 reserved out of the scite and demeasne lands belonging to Shillington Berry. Covenant to made further assurances. Witnesses to livery of seisin: Thomas Coleman, Peter Hare, William Fowler, Mathew Hare jnr.
