Reciting various disputes between the parties, and an order of court of Chancery 1728, Conveyance (Lease and Release) by (i) and (ii) to (v), with consent of (iii) and (iv), of ... the Manor of Shillington to hold upon trusts. i.e.: to use of Sir Henry Penrice, trustee of Lady Effingham for her life, then the profits to go to Sir John Napier bt. for his life, then to his heirs male, with reversion to Lady Effingham.
