to the use of Sir Theophilus Napier bt. for life, to use Dame Elizabeth Napier for life, then to trustees to convey same to persons as appointed in will of Dame Elizabeth Napier or as directed by her in any other deed, provided that if (i) and (iii) shall have more than one son or shall have a daughter, (i) shall be entitled to charge estate in his will with sum of £4000 to be divided among daughters and younger sons.
