    (i) Mary Bancroft of Stoke Newington, Middlesex, widow, niece and heir of Rachel Hodson, late of St. James, Westminster, spinster, cousin and supposed heir of Botham Squire deceased only child of Mary Squire widow, Mary Bancroft being the only child of Robert Hodson late of London merchant deceased who was brother of Rachel Hodson and Mary Squire. (ii) John Eaton of College Hill, London, doctor in physic. Recites that Rachel Hodson died in July 1739, without issue; [see WY865]. Botham Squire went abroad some years before Rachel died and has not been heard of since; it is therefore concluded that he is dead and without issue, in which case Mary Bancroft is his heir at law. -- lands in Pennsylvania (not specified). Witnesses: A.H. Osbaldeston, attorney in Philpot Lane, London, Elizabeth Clarke at Stoke Newington.
