    (i) Joseph Ingram of London linendraper and wife Mary one of the two daughters of John Bellers late of London merchant deceased and John Elliot of London merchant, husband of Theophila deceased who was the other daughter, Frances Elliot spinster eldest daughter of Theophila, now over 21, Rebecca Elliot daughter of Theophila, now over 21, Mary Elliot, daughter of Theophila, 17 years old. (ii) John, Thomas and Richard Penn esquires, proprietors and governors of Pennsylvania. Recites Lease and Release: 26,27 September 1681, William Penn to Richard Marsh of Bristol merchant, 5,000 acres in Pennsylvania. It is alleged by the parties of the first part that William Penn sold Richard Marsh a further 5,000 acres. William Penn by a warrant of 25 July 1684 directed to Thomas Holme, then surveyor-general, to survey for Richard Marsh lots in Philadelphia on the rivers Delaware and Schuylkill, one front lot and two lots in two streets backward in breadth proportionable to the purchase. None of the lots have been built on, nor has any rent been paid, and a considerable sum is owing. The property became vested in John Bellers. -- one front lot and two lots in two streets backward and all other lots in Philadelphia and on or near the river Schuylkill, laid out for Richard Marsh in right of his being a purchaser of 10,000 acres in Pennsylvania.
