    (i) William Vigor of London, merchant. (ii) Jane Rondeau of Hackney, Middlesex, widow of Claudius Rondeau deceased late H.M. Resident at the Court of Russia. (iii) William Yorke esquire, Justice of the Court of Common Pleas in Ireland, and Thomas Penn esquire one of the proprietors of Pennsylvania. Recites that Phil Ward of Stoke Doyle, Northamptonshire, esquire, James Rondeau of Rochester, Kent, esquire, William Vigor and Robert Macky of Budge Row, London merchant, James Rondeau junior of Pudding Lane, London , merchant and Stephen Teissier of Pudding Lane, London , merchant, are possessed of £1,450 Capital Bank Stock, £7,400 capital in 3% annuities in trust for Jane Rondeau as mentioned in will of Claudius Rondeau deceased. It has been agreed to settle these for her separate use. She is also possessed of a personal estate of £1,500 which will become vested in William Vigor. Witnesses; Jonathan Wakelin, James Rogers.
