    (i) Thomas Penn of Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire, esquire, executor of Margaret A. Freame widow of Thomas Freame esquire deceased, and Richard Penn of Sunbury, Middlesex, esquire, trustee of Margaret Freame. (ii) Philadelphia Hannah Freame of St. Martins in the Fields, spinster, only surviving child of Thomas and Margaret Freame. Recites will of Thomas Freame, 22 September 1740: one-fifth part of his real and personal estate to Philadelphia Hannah, remainder to wife and son Thomas; executors wife Margaret and her brother Thomas Penn and Richard Hockley of Philadelphia merchant; The son Thomas is deceased. Will of Margaret Freame, 1750: all to brothers Thomas and Richard Penn, in trust for Philadelphia Hannah, until 21. She is now 21 and Thomas Penn has settled an account with her of all the personal estate of her father and mother. -- lands in Pennsylvania, late of Thomas Freame.
