- Scope and ContentRecites that John Penn is administrator of William and Hannah Penn deceased; WY842; WY844;WY845; there has been paid to Daniel Phillips £100, and to John Penn £150, in part of their debt, and to William Aubrey £50 that remained due on the security, making £300 altogether, so that there remained due £950; William Aubrey is deceased; his wife Letitia was released by Daniel Phillips and John Penn of all their claim to the debt; Letitia Aubrey assigned to John Penn the £950 debt; Gulielma Maria Fell is a granddaughter of William Penn, and is entitled to a tract of 10,000 acres in Pennsylvania, part of which has been sold for £500; this is proposed to be lent to the said John Penn. Witnesses: Thomas Bulmer, Edward Oake, Thomas Rush, Samuel Andrews.
