Recites that Richard Hockley, his agent in Pennsylvania has contracted for the sale of 600 acres on Maiden Creek; if the purchase is not completed 600 acres to Sophia; if it is sold, money to her. Also to Sophia, lot in Spruce Street, Philadelphia, lately purchased of heirs of Richard Marsh. (Sealed, but not signed or witnessed.)
