    (i) John Penn of London gentleman. } (ii) Thomas Penn of London merchant. }surviving children of (iii) Richard Penn of London woollen draper. }William Penn. (iv) Margaret Penn of London spinster. } (v) Thomas Freame of London grocer. (vi) Joseph Wyeth of London linendraper and Silvanus Bevan of London apothecary. Recites Will of William Penn, 1711, bequeathing personal estate in Pennsylvania to wife Hannah and £300 per annum. Will of Hannah Penn, Dennis Penn died in 1722. Disputes have arisen. There is due to Margaret £300 given to her by her grandfather Thomas Callowhill. She is shortly to marry Thomas Freame. It is agreed that since Hannah never touched or claimed the £300 per annum it is hereby extinguished; that the real and personal estate of William Hannah and Dennis Penn shall be divided among John, Thomas and Richard, and Margaret; that the £300 is conveyed to parties of (vi) in trust for Margaret. Witnesses: John Page, Richard Beale. (Two agreements relate to the personal estate, two to the real).
