Recites Will of William Penn, 1711, bequeathing personal estate in Pennsylvania to wife Hannah and £300 per annum.
Will of Hannah Penn,
Dennis Penn died in 1722. Disputes have arisen. There is due to Margaret £300 given to her by her grandfather Thomas Callowhill. She is shortly to marry Thomas Freame.
It is agreed that since Hannah never touched or claimed the £300 per annum it is hereby extinguished; that the real and personal estate of William Hannah and Dennis Penn shall be divided among John, Thomas and Richard, and Margaret; that the £300 is conveyed to parties of (vi) in trust for Margaret.
