Recites Will of William and in pursuance of powers thereby given to her: residue of estate after payment of debts etc. to be divided into six parts of which three to eldest son John on condition he pays sister Margaret £2,000 upon her marriage or at 21; remaining three parts to sons Thomas, Richard and Dennis. Witnesses: Susan Perrin,Mary Chandler, Hannah Hoskin, Thomas Grove, S. Clement.
