    Recites Letters Patent, and that in 1682 a society was formed for purchasing land and carrying on trade to and from Pennsylvania; officers were appointed and Philip Ford deceased was deputed to receive the subscriptions paid. The 2 Penns and Callowhill have agreed to release the Fords from any claims for any money paid by the former into the society. Witnesses: John Round, Harbert Springett, John Page, Joseph Davis.
