To wife Mary for life, all real estate except 6 acres in Tempsford, purchased from -- Huckle; after her decease, property in Tempsford to son Charles, in Wrestlingworth to be divided between daughters Mary and Elizabeth, in Sandy to daughter Ann.
To wife Mary, son Charles and friend John Adamson of Huntingdon brazier, £600 to be invested; dividends to daughters Ann, Mary and Elizabeth.
To wife, such household goods etc. as she chooses; remainder to go to pay debts etc., and maintenance of children until all 21; then all to son Charles.
Executors, wife and son, and John Adamson, guardians of children.
