    To wife Sarah £200 for her own use; £200 to satisfy testator’s father’s debts if any yet unpaid; remainder to poor relations. To wife manor of Cran or Crandon, in Huntingdonshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire, purchased from Mrs. St. John (see WY89-90); also all estate in Long Stow, Cambridgeshire and in Tempsford (except a cottage purchased of Mary Garner widow “which I have articled to convey to Gerard Audley”) in Everton, Sandy, Girtford, Great Barford, Colmworth and Wilden, for life, provided she pays to sister Rebecca Andrews wife of Thomas Andrews, £16 per quarter, and to brother Cornelius Denn £20 per annum; after death of wife:- manor of Cran to brother Alud Denn paying £400 to person to be chosen by wife; to brother Cornelius lands in Sandy and Girtford; to niece Mary wife of Henry Rich of Radwell , Hertfordshire, yeoman, estate in Tempsford, and lands at Collingworth (Colmworth) and Wilden, for life, then to her daughter Sarah Alice and --; to brother Alud lands at Long Stow and Great Barford, providing he pays cousin Elizabeth Rudd daughter of Mr. William Rudd of Witton, Huntingdonshire, £200 at 21, and -- Freshwater daughter of Thomas Freshwater of St. Ives, Huntingdonshire £40 at 21; To cousin Elvidge of Whitlesey, Isle of Ely, felmonger, and wife Mary daughter of brother John Atley, all estate in Whitlesey, paying £100 to executors. To eight children of brother John Atley – John, William, Henry, Joseph, Benjamin, Rebecca, Sarah and Susan, £200 each. To James Odell son of Stephen Odell late of Goldington, £50. To Stephen Odell’s other children except his eldest son William, £50, to be paid as wife thinks fit. To brother Alud and friend Thomas Hubbard of Moggerhanger, yeoman, £50 each for trouble in execution of will. Remainder to wife Sarah. Executors. Sarah, brother Alud and Thomas Hubbard. To wife all lands in Papworth Agnes, Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon, Hemingford Abbots and Grey, Huntingdonshire, to be sold for payment of debts. Witnesses: Elizabeth Stockdale, Thomas Vass, Robert Cremer. 21 August 1716. Codicil: revokes bequest of £20 per annum and lands in Sandy and Girtford to brother Cornelius; wife is to pay him and his eldest son William 2 shillings per week; estate in Sandy and Girtford to his son William, he paying his father 8 shillings per week. To wife Sarah house in Tempsford now occupied by testator, with close, orchard adjoining, notwithstanding the devise to niece Mary. Witnesses: Elizabeth Stockdale, Henry Rawlings, Robert Cremer.
