    Recites that Martha is entitled to dower out of:- -- messuages in St. Andrews, Holborn; messuage and lands in Staploe, Eaton Socon, and Topham End, Eaton Socon, and in St. Neots. She is also entitled for life to:- -- property in Tempsford and Everton [as in WY321]. James Hatley has purchased of Adams Brace of Tempsford gentleman, -- messuage or farmhouse, dovehouse, granary etc. in Lamputt end, Tempsford, 2 closes of pasture and grove adjoining; part of the Two Closes (3½ acres) in Lamputt end, lying between ground late of Henry Feruly east, and the lord of the manor west, late in the occupation of George Brace now Adams Brace; 66 acres land in Tempsford and Everton Down field; 3 acres meadow in Freeman’s Holme; 1½ acres in West mead; 1 acre 1½ roods meadow in Smallum. James agrees, in consideration of Martha giving up all claim to estates to settle on her an annuity of £100. Martha is to sell to James, all plate, household goods which were her husband’s (except those mentioned in a schedule attached) James paying all debts, funeral expenses etc. Witnesses: Loftus Hatley, Samuel Luke.
