    Deposition of Richard Childe of Podington, gentleman, who says that on 15 March last on viewing ancient pasture grounds at Pertenhall called Foxholes and Molehill close, he found divers ancient shelter bushes in Foxholes wastefully digged up and a great part of the ground ploughed, which time out of mind has been used, some years for hay,some years for feeding of cattle, and never in tillage within the memory of men.
