14 acres 3 roods in Blunham, Tempsford and Everton;
7 roods meadow in Blunham West meadow; which were late occupied by William Grant deceased, now by William Tingey, purchased by William Grant from John Chibnel of Sherrington, Bucks., and wife, daughter of Sam Wheeler late of How End, Houghton Conquest, yeoman deceased 1762.

in Middle field, a headland lying by the parsonage close, ½ acre abutting Claybrook, land late of William Grant South, late Thomas Bromsall North;
