    (i) Ann Cumming of Great Barford, widow of William Cunning late of Great Barford, clerk, deceased and only sister and heir of Elizabeth Collins late of Great Barford spinster deceased, Ann and Elizabeth being daughters of Barwell Collins of Cardington, clerk, deceased., and wife Ann, formerly Ann Hawkins who with John Sanderson Hawkins of Goldington, gentleman, deceased where the children of Robert Hawkins formerly of Goldington, clerk, deceased. (ii) Sir Gillies Payne. (iii) Susan Hubbard of Moggerhanger, now of Blunham, widow and daughter Mary, spinster. (iv) Richard Littlehales of Eynesbury, Hunts., clerk. Recites Lease 27 May 1706: (i). Robert Hawkins. (ii) John Denn of Tempsford, gentleman. -- close of pasture in Tempsford, Rey End, containing 2 acres, occupier James Rich, commonly called Rey close, abutting West on the road on the right hand side of the river, leading from Tempsford to St. Neots, East partly on a piece of ground then of John Denn, partly house and yard, then of Knightley Chetwood, Doctor of Divinity, occupied by Henry Rich, North close of Knightly Chetwood, South lane from Tempsford, Rey End to the river, called the common street. Recites. Also Marriage Settlement of Barwell Collins and Ann Hawkins, 13 August 1737. The estates were divided between, Ann Cumming and Elizabeth Collins. 19, 20 October 1752. Mortgage, 27 April 1776, Elizabeth Collins to Stephen Odell: -- messuage or farmhouse in Tempsford, ½ acre of pasture adjoining. Further Mortgage, 13 June 1778: (i). Ann Cumming, as sister of Elizabeth deceased. (ii) Stephen Odell, who declared that the money he lent to Ann be held in trust for Susan and Mary Hubbard. Further Mortgage, 24 July 1779: Ann Cumming and Stephen Odell. Assignment of Mortgages, 1 April last past: (i). Ann Cumming. (ii) Stephen Odell.
