A writ of 'capias utlagat'
- against Thomas Tottenham and Francis Standishe at the suit of Francis Holcott, gentleman, on a plea of debt;
- against John Titchemarshe at the suit of Francis Gyll, esquire, on the like plea;
- against Henry Bedells, gentleman, and George Bedells, gentleman, at the suit of Oliver Elsham, on the like plea;
A writ of 'capias ad satisfaciendum'
- against William Gostwyke, gentleman, at the suit of Nicholas Marriott;
- against Thomas Bedells, gentleman, at the suit of Thomas Dove;
- against Francis Pigott at the suit of Richard Pigott;
- against Arthur Tipladye at the suit of Michael Knight alias Brothers;
- against Thomas Lovell at the suit of Thomas Smythe;
A writ of 'alias latitat'
- against William Gearye at the suit of William Keelinge;

The body of John Fuller, detained in the gaol by writ of 'capias ad satisfaciendum' at the suit of William Leache for a debt of £17 and 20s damages, returnable last Michaelmas;
The body of George Bedells, gentleman, detained as above at the suit of Edward Copley, gentleman, for a debt of £100 and 20s damages, returnable as above;
The body of John Titchemarshe, detained in the gaol by writ of 'capias utlagat' at suit of William Barcocke on a plea of debt for which he is convicted, returnable as above, and by virtue of the writ of 'latitat' at the suit of Edward Copley, gentleman, returnable as above, as also by several writs, returnable by the late sheriff and remaining on record;
