i) George Henry Verrall, Ringmer, Sussex, gentleman; Plumer Verrall, Lewes, auctioneer ii) John Martin, New Shoreham, surgeon reciting will of Henry Verrall and death of Lucy Payne on 15 Dec 1821 without issue and her burial in parish of St Michael, Lewes, Henry Verrall died on 7 February 1825. Reciting admission on 31 July 1827 of William Payne as well as George Henry Verrall and Plumer Verrall to copyhold property in King Street [CD849] ,it is now apprenhended that the claim for admission of William Payne was a mistake in that he had previously disclaimed any interest in the premises by deed of 20 April 1825 [CD848] now i) release to ii) - their claims to be admitted tenants of the Manor of Potton Regis in respect of the King Street property in Potton signature 1) witness: J. Fullager, Lewes
