    i) William Payne, Brighthelmstone, Sussex, Esq ii) George Henry Verrall, the Cliff, near Lewes, upholsterer; Plumer Verrall, Lewes, auctioneer, reciting will of Henry Verrall of Brighthelmstone, Esq., deceased, dated 23 August 1820 ... to son-in-law, i) and nephews, ii) - all messuages, lands etc and all monies, real and personal estate, upon trust to permit testator's daughter, Lucy the wife of i) to receive rents for her own use and benefit after her death to be sold and distributed, as in will i) and wife Lucy, and ii) appt executors and executrix. Henry Verrall died on 7 February 1825. Lucy, wife of i) died in her father's lifetime, with issue ii) alone proved will (PCC) on 25 February 1825, as i) had refused to act as executor. Now i) as further declaration of his intention, hath renounced and disclaimed the said executorship and probate of the will.
